Founded in 1996 by Bert Burns, UroMed devoted itself to “Lead the Way” as a urological
supply company providing service to individuals in need of urological products.
This commitment to service excellence has remained the focal mission of UroMed today,

Our founder Bert Burns was rendered a quadriplegic as a result of an automobile
accident during his youth. His desire to make a difference in the lives of people

Today, UroMed is a leading national service provider for Urological, Incontinence,
Ostomy, Diabetes, and other disposable medical supplies. Our mission and commitment

employees are users of these very same products. Almost 20% of UroMed’s Customer

insurance when providing you service with our products. This means we will verify
your insurance coverage, deliver your medical supplies then, bill your insurance
for the cost of the products.
